Product Information: Diorahydrate is scientifically formulated with precise amounts of electrolytes and carbohydrates. It is designed to provide active hydration. Mix with water to help you hydrate on a hot day out, while travelling, when you are thirsty or during/after exercise/sports.
Suitable for both Adults and children.
How to Use: The recommended daily dose for children aged 1-11 is 4 tablets per day.
The recommended daily dose for children aged 11+ and adults is 8 tablets per day.
2 tablets to be dissolved in 200ml of fresh, cold drinking water.
